Schools Touring Program
Freeze Frame Opera creates outstanding musical and artistic performances, provides performance opportunities to local professional artists, makes opera accessible to a broad audience, and influences and develops the next generation of artists.
Our schools opera is a 40 minute performance designed to appeal to primary school children (and their teachers!). The performance is followed by question time and an opportunity for budding theatrical/musical enthusiasts to explore the set, interact with the performers and consider what it might take to forge a career in the arts.
Since 2021, Freeze Frame Opera has been touring primary schools and delighting thousands of children. With an outstanding cast of Western Australian opera singers, the performances are highly interactive, engaging, and inspirational, and audience participation is very much encouraged.
